Privacy Policy

In order to preserve the privacy and confidentiality of Owners and donors, Oshkosh Food Co-op has the following policy in effect:

  • All persons participating as volunteers in the Capital Campaign will sign a Nondisclosure/Confidentiality Statement through which they agree not to disclose any non-public information shared by Owners through conversation, email, or documentation including amounts loaned, social security numbers or other non-public details of any loan transactions and including the request of a loan document packet, regardless of whether a loan is ultimately made.
  • The co-op utilizes a digital customer relationship management platform and other electronic tools to track all contributions and involvements with the co-op. Only Board members, the Capital Campaign Coordinator/Project Manager and select volunteers are granted access to these platforms.
  • After they have been processed, all loan documents and charitable contribution documents received from participants in the campaign will be securely filed in a locked file cabinet kept at Blue Door Consulting, at 50 W. 6th Avenue, Oshkosh, WI 54902. Only Board members, Capital Campaign Coordinator/Project Manager and select volunteers are granted access to these documents.
  • In the future, the documents may become the responsibility of the General Manager, may be transferred to a secure location within the store and/or may be transferred to a digital archiving system.
