Are you, or someone you know, a local food producer who could be a special program guest for one of the Oshkosh Public Library's Wonderlab  programs for ages 6-9? This session is called: “ Eat Wisconsin” on Wednesday, February 19 from 6-7pm.

Here’s a brief description:

Behind each food on our plates is the hard work of farmers. Come explore a feast of stories as we read Lisl Detlefsen’s book and investigate how Wisconsin foods get to our table.

Right This Very Minute is the name of the book; it demonstrates that the expertise and hard work of people are what bring food to our plates. We think it would be beneficial for the kids that come not just to hear us read about these people, but have the chance to meet and learn from one of them - especially someone from within our community.
