The Oshkosh Food Co-op is holding its signature annual membership drive event – Co-op Grow-op 2018 – on October 29, 2018. This is the best way you can help move us closer to choosing a location and opening a community-owned grocery store in Oshkosh’s central city!

Be the Co-op

Co-op Grow-op is the invention and signature event for the Oshkosh Food Co-op. Here’s how it works:

• You sign up to be a table host for the event.
• You invite friends, family members, co-workers, neighbors – anyone who might be interested in learning more about the Oshkosh Food Co-op – to attend this free event.
• We will seat you with guests who RSVP for your table.
• The Oshkosh Food Co-op provides includes light hors d’oeuvres, music, a cash bar, a presentation on the Oshkosh Food Co-op project and door prize drawings.
• At the end of the evening, attendees will have a chance to become members of the Oshkosh Food Co-op!

• In 2015, 45 members joined the Oshkosh Food Co-op at the Co-op Grow-op event.
• In 2016, 46 members joined the Oshkosh Food Co-op at the Co-op Grow-op event.
• In 2017, 123 new members joined at the Co-op Grow-op event, the most members to join a start-up co-op in a single night.
• Co-op Grow-op was honored with the 2018 Food Co-op Initiative Innovation Award, presented to a start-up co-op that develops a new process, method or system for membership engagement and development.
