A FREE Class with Josey Chu, Creator of Madame Chu's Asian Delicacies
Back by popular demand! In October, Josey Chu, the creator of Madame Chu's Asian Delicacies, wow-ed cooking class attendees with her Ginger Garlic Scallion Chicken and Rice or Tofu and Rice recipe. On February 24, she returns to the Co-op for another cooking class. In this lively, entertaining one-hour class, she'll demonstrate how to prepare Gado Gado.
