Join us for the 2026 Annual Meeting, an exclusive event for Oshkosh Food Co-op Member-owners on Tuesday, May 12, 2026! The first 60 guests to RSVP and attend the Annual Meeting will receive a FREE 1-lb. package of Mary's chicken. (Vegetarian option also available.)

4:00-5:30 p.m. - Local Supplier Meet and Greet

For each local supplier you meet, you'll receive a ticket for the Annual Meeting Prize Drawing. The more local suppliers you visit, the more chances you have to win!

• Meet Tortilleria Zepeda and sample their authentic, locally made tortilla chips made with nixtamalized corn and masa!
• Get to know Mushaboom and learn about the nutrient-rich locally grown microgreens. 
• Connect with Thunderbird Bakery

4:15-5:30 p.m. - Community Dinner to Benefit Food for All

Pay what you can for this community dinner! All donation amounts welcome. Proceeds benefit your Co-op's Food for All program. Food for All provides a 20% discount on groceries to shoppers with a limited income, up to 200% of the federal poverty guideline. Special thanks to Olden Organics and Thunderbird Bakery for generously supporting this meal.

5:30-6:30 p.m. - Oshkosh Food Co-op Member-owner Business Meeting

At this year's business meeting, member-owners will hear the State of the Co-op from Board of Directors President Tracy Luchetta, Treasurer Denise Robson, Store Leader Jeremiah McDuffie. You'll also meet Board members-elect as we share the results of the Board election. The meeting will close with delectable prizes from local suppliers including Tortilleria Zepeda, Mushaboom, Thunderbird Bakery & Cafe, Madame Chu, Cloverleaf Apiaries and Uncle Mike's Maple Syrup.
