As a cooperatively owned business, member-owners of the Oshkosh Food Co-op annually elect directors to serve on the governing board. Board members play a crucial role in:

• growing the Co-op
• embedding it into the fabric of the community
• guiding its work to strengthen the local economy, promote health and build community
