Master Making Homemade Salad Dressing

This might be the best homemade salad dressing class ever! It will be a vibrant, hands-on experience that not only teaches the art of creating flavorful dressings but also elevates the way you approach fresh ingredients. This class introduces participants to the wonders of combining simple, wholesome ingredients into mouthwatering concoctions. You begin by learning about the base of every good dressing—whether it’s olive oil, yogurt, or a balsamic reduction—and how to balance acidity, sweetness, and seasoning to create a harmonious flavor profile.

The instructor, a passionate culinary expert, Liz Redman, will guide you through making homemade dressings, while also encouraging creative twists. You experiment with fresh herbs, citrus fruits, and a variety of spices, discovering how to transform basic ingredients into something extraordinary. Every step is accompanied by useful tips, from perfect emulsification techniques to understanding how dressings enhance the flavor of your salad ingredients.

The highlight of the class is the tasting session, where you get to pair your homemade dressings with fresh, crisp greens and seasonal veggies. By the end of the session, you not only walk away with a newfound appreciation for salad dressings but also the confidence to create your own signature blends at home!
