No prior experience necessary! Just bring an open mind and curiosity about the beautiful complexity of what makes us human. 

About Kristyn: Kristyn is a Coach and Enneagram Teacher through the narrative tradition, combining deep wisdom about human nature with practical tools for transformation. As a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach with over 10 years of experience in career coaching for college students, she brings a holistic perspective to personal development that honors the interconnectedness of our lives. Passionate about all things connection— to food, the soil, each other, ourselves, and our communities—Kristyn is fascinated by what makes us uniquely human. Through her work, she helps people discover not just who they are, but how they can show up more authentically in all areas of their lives. She lives here in Oshkosh with her husband, Seth, two little boys, and their flock of hens. 

This class will be offered in the Co-op Community Room.

• The Community Room is located in the southeast corner of the Brio Building.
• You can reach the Community Room by walking into the Co-op, through the Produce Aisle and turning down the hallway to the right. (Complete directions will be provided in your RSVP confirmation email.)
• The room features floor-to-ceiling windows, with views of Jackson Street to the Riverwalk. It is a comfortable space, bathed in natural light, making it a perfect place for trying a new class.
• Four family-style bathrooms are located conveniently nearby.
